Setting Up Your Organization

All database accounts are set up with a contact name and email address. It is important to update your organization's information to reflect current contact details that appear on learner invoices.

To complete set up or edit your organization’s information in the database:

 

Click My Organization in the Quick Links panel on the Dashboard

Quick Links My Organization

Update or complete the contact information on the form

REVISED: Update Org Contact Info

Check to be sure your address and phone number are correct

REVISED: Org Address 2

Complete the rest of the form

UPDATED: Payment Policy

Click Submit
