Navigating the Database

The CALP database has several features to help you get around and find information quickly. Check out some of these features:

Asking for Help

You can reach out for help any time by filling out the How Can We Help? form on the Dashboard

Searching the Database

The database allows you to quick search for Learners, Learning Opportunities, or Registrations. Select the search category (i.e. Learners) from the dropdown menu and type your search criteria (i.e. learner's name) in the search bar. Press Enter to search and open the specified database tab (Learners, Learning Opportunities, Registrations)

Moving between sections

Click on any menu item to change pages:

Returning to database dashboard

From all database pages, click the CALP logo (Back to the Database) in the top right corner of the screen to return to the Database Dashboard and continue entering data

Note: from the Reference Guides section of the database, click the CALP logo at the top right of the page

Back to the DB REVISED

Important: closing the guidebook does not log you out of the database. To log out, click the CALP logo to return to the Dashboard. Click your Profile Name and click Sign Out.

You will be logged out automatically after 60 minutes of inactivity.
