Adding Registrations to an Existing Invoice

The database allows you to register multiple learners from the same organization and add them to the same invoice if they are all in the same class. Learners can be added to the invoice at the same time or added later.

To register multiple learners at the same time:

Follow the steps in Registering a Learner.

To add a learner(s) to an existing invoice:

Select Registrations in the database menu

Registrations in DB Menu

Click the Transactions button at the top of the page

Click the dropdown arrow in the All text fields box and choose one of the options (i.e. Customer Name)

Type the learner's name in the Customer Name search box

Click the 3 dots next to the record you want to add the new registration to

Select View

Transactions - View

Click + Add Registration at the top of the page

The Offering Title, registration fee, and invoice # is automatically entered on the form

Transactions New Registration REVISED

Type the new registrant’s name in the Learner field to search the database. If the learner name pops up, click on it to auto-fill the form. Check for any needed updates and make changes as required.

Click Submit to generate an updated invoice. The new learner's name will appear in the list

Continue to add registrations until all of the organization's learners have been added to the list on that invoice
