Adding Line Items

On occasion, CALPs may need to add items to an existing invoice. For example, you may have textbooks or calculators that are available for learners to purchase but that aren't included in course fees.

To add a line item to an invoice:

Select Registrations from the database menu

Registrations in DB Menu

Click the Transactions button at the top of the page

Click the All text fields box

Select a search criteria (for example, learner) to find the invoice you want to edit

Select Learner from Dropdown

Click the 3 dots to the right of the invoice and select Edit

Scroll down the invoice and find Line Items

Click +Add line item

Add Line Item Button

Fill in the details for the added expense

Line Item Details

Add a new row for each additional item

Update the Subtotal and Total fields to reflect the new cost

Click Submit

Submit Button

Open the updated invoice to see the added line item(s) and the new balance
