Entering Prep Time

Timesheets for prep hours should be included for both tutors and instructors. Prep timesheets are entered separately from instructional timesheets to allow the database to add hours to the correct places in the annual report.

To add prep time to a timesheet:

Select Timesheet from the database menu

Select Timesheet from Menu

Click +New timesheet record at the top of the page

New Timesheet Button

Timesheet Section: Date Time Instr REVISED

 

Leave the Offering field blank

Timesheet Section: No Offering field

UPDATE Timesheet: Prep Description & Details REVISED
