Automatic Sort

Each page of the database is sorted automatically, depending on the focus of the page (i.e. Start Date, Last Name, etc.). You can identify auto-sort by the blue number above the column(s) on the page. 

The number indicates the order in which the information is sorted. According to the numbers above, this information is sorted first by Cycle, then Learning Opportunity Name, then Location. Each sort is ascending (smallest to largest, a to z, etc.). Note: dates are most recent to oldest.

To change the order of any sort (i.e. z to a), hover over the blue number and click the down (or up) arrow

To turn off auto-sort on any column, hover over the blue number and click the x to close it

To turn on auto-sort on a different column, hover over the column heading and click the up or down arrow (up for ascending/a to z, down for descending/z to a)
