Filtering Data
For a more custom sort, the database has unique filters for every page. Filters allow you to choose the heading to sort by and enter specific information. For example, you may want to search for all of the numeracy tutoring being offered in your organization this year. To do this, you'll need to filter by Cycle, Program Category, and Mode of Delivery. Note: auto-sort will not affect your results.
To search with multiple filters:
Click the page where the information you're looking for is stored (in this case, Learning Opportunities)

Click the All text fields box to open the drop down filter menu for that page and select Cycle

Choose the cycle you wish to sort by (i.e. 2025-2026)

To add another filter, click the Add filter button beside the Search button

Click the All text fields box to open the new drop down filter menu and select Program Category (i.e. Numeracy)

To add the last filter, click the Add filter button beside the Search button again

Click the All text fields box and select Mode of Delivery (i.e. Tutoring)

When you have added all the filters you need, click Search

The database will list any learning opportunities that are tutoring in numeracy
