Duplicating Data for the New Cycle

All CALP programs begin the cycle year on July 1st. Some users enter new programs before year end, and others when they return after a summer break. CALP programs often repeat from year to year, and the database allows users to duplicate data to lessen the load.

There is no need to change learner data from cycle to cycle (unless the learner indicates a change).
